About Sonya

Being a mum of two, I embarked on finding a job that I would both enjoy and would fit around my family life. Having always enjoyed making cakes, I decided that I would start making cakes, including wedding, childrens, novelty, christening and christmas cakes from my home in Dereham, Norfolk.

I've just successfully completed a one-year course to obtain a certificate in "Sugar Decorative Crafts", issued by the NCFE, which you can see below (Click to view full size in PDF).

My ideas for the novelty cakes are all self-taught, and would realy welcome your ideas to challenge me!
